Insight Events is a new Cork-based entertainment company who aim to specialise in all-ages gigs and music events for teens. The company identified a gap in the local market to provide Teenagers with a more upperclass and mature series of venues where they can experience live music and socialise. I was tasked with creating a complete range of promotional and branding materials from event tickets, to posters and online media.

Insight event Logos & Banners
The idea behind insight and it's design was to create an image that could portray maturity and enlightenment with with their target market segment. So I proposed the use of an eye, a symbol that has been associated with knowledge and enlightenment in the past. A linear and stacked version of the logo were created as pictured below and were used their initial social media promotion.
Promotional & Event Materials
The guys further need a range of materials for their first event, Work at the Kino. This involved designing tickets, posters, social media images and Insight graphics to be printed on t-shirts and given to staff on the night.
Motion graphicsI proposed the idea of motion graphics to be used on their social media platforms once all of the initial branding and promotional images were created. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to take advantage Facebook's new profile picture/banner video feature.


Working with Insight has been an enjoyable and very collaborative experience. I wish them the best of luck and I hope we get to work again in the future.
